Natalie Wilson is a dynamic media strategist and public relations powerhouse with over 20 years of experience amplifying voices that too often go unheard. As Co-Founder and COO of the Black and Missing Foundation, Inc. (BAMFI), she drives the organization’s strategic outreach and media engagement to spotlight missing persons of color. Her leadership has taken BAMFI from a living room vision to The View, building partnerships with newsrooms nationwide that help bring hundreds of individuals home.
Natalie is also the Co-Founder of BAMFI Enterprises, LLC, a multimedia production company providing consultation for major networks like HBO, Lifetime, and Apple TV. She also leads NWR Communications Group, a boutique PR agency specializing in DEI-centered media strategies for colleges, high schools, and major athletic organizations.
A Howard University alumna with a Master’s from Trinity University and executive education from Harvard Business School, Natalie is a recognized leader in the National Association of Black Journalists. Her honors include the Ebony 100, The Root 100, and L’Oréal Paris Women of Worth, and CrimeCon Crime Fighter of the Year. Through sophisticated publicity and social media strategies, she ensures mission-critical entities gain maximum visibility and remain at the forefront of the cultural conversation.
